We also welcome submissions from free-lance artists throughout the year. Please write to us if you are interested in joining our team.
| Are you still a family owned business?|
Yes, we are proud to say that we are a woman owned, privately held business with devoted long term employees who are all proud to be manufacturing our wonderful products here in the USA.

|Can You Explain How to Use a Floss Card?|
||Many of our Kits are supplied with separated floss on a "Floss Card" These threads are placed in the holes of the card IN ORDER of how they are listed on the instruction. This makes separating and identifying the colors a breeze. Many times we hear that people take the floss out of the card and spin on bobbins - then, they are unable to identify the colors. If you plan on doing this, snip a small piece and tape next to the color name on the instruction chart.
|I seem to be missing half of all the colors of floss in my kit - HELP !!|
Your kit most probably contains LONG - 60" lengths of floss. These long lengths should be cut in half before working and counting the strands.
